Shipping Times

Most orders to destinations within Italy are prepared and shipped within 2-5 working days from the receipt of the order. For destinations in other EU countries, shipping times may extend up to 7 working days.

Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from the courier with the tracking code.

Couriers and Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area:

• For Italian destinations, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
• Islands and remote areas may require up to 72 hours.

The choice of courier is at the sole discretion of the sender.
