Please read these general terms and conditions of sale and website use carefully for www.logyko.com ("website"). This document contains important information regarding user rights and obligations.
A) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of LOGYKO products offered on the website. The products featured on the website are produced and sold by Intimidea S.r.l. The producer and/or seller reserve the right to update these terms and conditions of sale at any time without notice. When submitting an order through the website, the user must accept the terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time of the order submission.
1) Purchase Orders
The website can be used to order products directly via the Internet from any country within the European Community.
Product orders can only be submitted through the website by private customers; the purchased products are solely intended for personal use and not for resale operations. Thus, resale or distribution of products purchased on the website is strictly prohibited. While all efforts are made to accurately reproduce the colors, design, and style of the products shown on the website, variations may occur due to the characteristics of the user's computer. Therefore, the producer and/or seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies related to product photos or graphics displayed on the website. Offers on products and prices are valid based on availability. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, a notification will be promptly sent, and it will be possible to either order another product available on the website or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, a refund will be immediately issued. Before submitting an order, the customer will receive a summary message containing details of the selected items, quantities, and prices. This summary must be carefully reviewed before confirming the order. The producer and seller cannot be held liable for stock unavailability or product shortages. The producer and/or seller reserve the right to modify the products offered on this website at any time and without notice.
2) Order Confirmation - Binding Agreement
All orders are subject to written acceptance by the seller and will be confirmed via email. The seller's order confirmation and these terms and conditions of sale will constitute the final and complete agreement between the seller and the user regarding the items contained in these terms and conditions of sale. Orders cannot be amended or canceled except in cases specified herein or in accordance with applicable law. The data recorded by the website serves as proof of the entire transaction between the seller and the customer. In case of a dispute between the seller and a customer regarding a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by the website will be considered irrevocable proof of the transaction and its content.
3) Prices and Payment Methods
The product prices are expressed in EURO €, excluding shipping costs. The producer and/or seller reserve the right to change product prices at any time and without notice to the user. The prices shown on the website at the time of order confirmation will apply, provided that the ordered products are available. Payments for orders placed on the website are required at the time of submission or upon receipt. All orders are payable in EURO €.
Payments can only be made using the following methods:
- All types of credit/debit cards accepted by the Moneta Web and PayPal systems.
- Bank transfer.
4) Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address specified during the ordering process. The company will not be held responsible for non-delivery of orders to the correct address if the address is modified. Shipping and sales are available throughout the European Union. Shipping of goods within Italy and to EU countries is free.
Delivery dates are indicative only. Any undelivered or late deliveries must be promptly reported to customer service at hello@logyko.com.
To be eligible for claims, they must be submitted within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of order confirmation.
In any case, the seller or producer cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, accidental, consequential, or any other types of damages due to incomplete forms, shipping delays, or order delivery errors. In the event of proven and attributable non-delivery by the seller or producer, the user will have the right to request either delivery of the same product at no additional cost or a refund of the purchase price.
It is necessary to verify that the shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies from the order after the products have been delivered, the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged items, etc.) must be noted by hand, where possible, on the delivery slip, along with the customer's signature.
5) Return Policy
Keep all original packaging materials, boxes, and documentation in case the items need to be returned. Returned items without packaging materials will not be accepted. Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the shipment is correct. In case of discrepancies from the order after the products have been delivered, the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged items, etc.) must be noted by hand, where possible, on the delivery slip, along with the customer's signature. If the product does not meet expectations and the user is not satisfied, they may return the product, requesting a replacement or a refund in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
5a. Returns
The user is entitled to return a product ordered via the website within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, intact, in their original packaging, and sent to the following address:

Returned products will not be accepted, and refunds or replacements will not be issued if the returned products are opened, worn, or not in their original packaging. Any products that emit the scent of smoke, perfume, lotion, or detergent will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. The returned items must be shipped using thick, sturdy cardboard packaging (NOT an envelope). The seller or producer reserves the right to determine, at their sole discretion, whether the returned products are in their original condition. The producer and/or seller cannot be held responsible for loss, incorrect address, or delayed delivery of the returned items.
5b. Refunds
If a refund is requested, all reasonable commercial efforts will be made to ensure that any refund is processed within ten (10) business days from the receipt of the returned items. In such a case, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued, except for shipping costs. If the customer receives a refund authorization number under false pretenses, the company reserves all rights not to issue the refund.
5c. Replacements
Returned products in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING can be replaced with items of similar value within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned goods. Products that are worn or damaged cannot be returned. Any worn clothing must be washed before being returned. In case of sizing, style, or color errors, the product will be replaced or exchanged as long as it is returned promptly (see "Returns" above) and in its original, unworn packaging.
5d. Manufacturing Defects
Any items with noticeable manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days of use must be returned for thorough evaluation by the producer. The user will be promptly contacted once the producer has received the evaluation results. Worn clothing must be washed before returning. Unwashed items returned will be sent back without evaluation.
5e. Return Requests
If the order qualifies for a refund or replacement, email the returns department at hello@logyko.com. Please provide the following information: buyer's name, order number, product code of the item to be returned, reason for return, and requested action.
6) Disclaimer of Liability
The seller and/or manufacturer shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from product defects or malfunctions, breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other cause, even if the seller or manufacturer has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Since some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to a specific user.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the total liability of the seller and/or manufacturer related to or arising from the products, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the actual amount paid by the user for the products giving rise to such liability.
7) Force Majeure
The seller and/or manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damages due to delays in product deliveries or failure to provide immediate notification when such delays are caused by force majeure, acts of the buyer, actions by civil or military authorities, wars, riots, organized labor actions, unavailability of materials, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the company. The anticipated delivery date shall be considered extended by a period equal to the time lost due to the justified delay under this provision.

The website is operated by the manufacturer. The use of the website is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the website, the user agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use, as well as the privacy policy for the website, as set out below. The manufacturer and/or seller may update these terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy at any time without notice.

The privacy policy of this website governs the use of any personal information the user provides on this website. The manufacturer and/or seller may amend the privacy policy at any time as stipulated in the privacy policy. The website is not intended for use by minors.

The user acknowledges and agrees that Italy is the chosen jurisdiction for any disputes, and the court of Mantua shall have jurisdiction over this agreement and the user.
